RZ Dental Adult 6 Month Recall Wellness Plan

This adult wellness plan is offered to patients 13 years and older. This plan includes:

2 professional dental exams
2 professional dental cleanings
2 fluoride treatments per year
1 set of 4 bitewing X-rays
1 emergency exam and X-ray if needed
2 oral hygiene instructions
2 oral cancer screenings
1 complete set of X-rays or Panorex every 5 years
$100 off Zoom teeth whitening (not valid with “Whitening Specials”)
15% off all other dental services

The RZ Dental Adult 6 Month Recall Wellness Plan costs $599/year per person. There will be a one-time fee of $50 when you sign up for this plan.

RZ Dental Adult 4 Month Recall Wellness Plan

This adult wellness plan is offered to patients 13 years and older. This plan includes:

3 professional dental exams
3 professional dental cleanings
2 fluoride treatments per year
1 set of bitewing X-rays
1 emergency exam and X-ray if needed
3 oral hygiene instructions
3 oral cancer screenings
1 complete set of X-rays or Panorex every 5 years

If you have diagnosed periodontal disease and/or have had quadrant scaling, you will require this Periodontal Maintenance Plan. This plan is for patients ages 18 and older and includes the following benefits:

4 periodontal maintenance hygiene visits
2 fluoride treatments per year
1 set of bitewing X-rays
1 emergency exam and X-ray if needed
4 oral hygiene instructions
4 oral cancer screenings
1 complete set of X-rays or Panorex every 5 years
